Volente, Texas and the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village
of Volente , Texas will hold a Joint
Meeting on Tuesday the 21st day of September, 2004, at 7:00 p.m.,

to the MUD Creation
Agreement,
adopted October 29th, 2003, to reflect changing the
boundary of the Volente Municipal Utility District (MUD); and
(3) Consider ratifying that the proposed
new area reflected by the
proposed new field notes is consistent with the MUD Creation
Agreement.

building moratorium, pertaining to proposed improvements submitted

in a hazard to both pedestrians and motor vehicles.
